We look forward to welcoming you to GW Centuries Celebration Weekend. With protecting the health and safety of our community as our top priority, we want to share the updated required safety protocols for all attendees at all on- and off-campus GW Centuries Celebration Weekend events:
Every participant will be required to provide proof of vaccination (of an FDA- or WHO-approved vaccine) or a negative COVID-19 test result that is dated no more than 72 hours before arrival to weekend activities (you must be tested on or after Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2021). This includes children aged 3+, whose guardians will be required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test for them. After providing this documentation at check-in, you will receive a credential that will grant you access to all events for which you are registered during the weekend. We encourage you to complete your registration and attestation that you and your party are either fully vaccinated or have tested negative for COVID-19 no later than Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2021. All guests, regardless of vaccination status, will be required to wear a mask for all indoor and outdoor events, unless guests are actively eating or drinking or can maintain at least six feet of social distance outdoors.
Before going to any of the events during the weekend, you should go to the Welcome Center where you will be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result before picking up your weekend credentials.
